Donations and Downloadable Files General Terms
Donations to Inclusion Foundation of $2 and over are tax deductible. All transactions are stated in AUD $.
Downloadable files will be limited to a maximum of three downloads per purchase. Once downloaded, files are not to be shared, distributed, uploaded or copied without the written consent from Inclusion Foundation.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account. You should check your account statement to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct.
We may vary details of your agreement or a direct debit request at any time by giving you at least 14 days written notice.
If you wish to cancel, defer or alter a debit payment you must notify us by emailing us at least 14 days before the next donation day.
Disputes, Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you require a refund of your donation please contact us within 7 days of making your donation. Please note, after 7 days of receipt of any donation, no refund is available.
Our returns policy is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply changed your mind about a product.
A ‘change of mind’ can include instances where you buy an item but later decide or realise that you have selected the wrong colour, size or product.
Complaints, grievances and disputes
All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly on 03 9854 7100 and confirm that notice in writing or by email at info@Inclusionfoundation.org.au as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly. Any issues should be directed to Inclusion Foundation in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still refer it to your financial institution who will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.
